Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of product purchase for new items that are unworn and non-defective. 
  • It must be returned in its original packaging. 
  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping charges on exchanged items to and from Global Jewelry. 
  • Any difference in exchange price and applicable taxes are also the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Please be sure to have tracking information for any package sent to us. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted for stocked items within 15 days of product purchase for new items that are unworn and non-defective.
  • To return an item, please contact us for instructions and a return authorization number (globaljewelry9@gmail.com).
  • Please ship to us using the original package parcel, when possible. No COD's will be accepted.
  • Please be sure to have tracking information for any package sent to us. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit.
  • Upon our receipt of the returned item/s, you will receive a refund minus shipping and handling.
  • Your return will be credited back to the original method of payment.
  • Items returned after 15 days of product purchase will be refused and returned to the customer. 

Damaged Items:

  • If the item you purchased is damaged upon receipt, please contact us by email (globaljewelry9@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery to obtain a refund or a replacement. 
  • Please include clear and detailed pictures of the item in your email and a brief explanation.
  • After approval, please return the item to us within 5 business days from the day we emailed you the instructions, including the information we've requested.
  • We will replace your damaged item or give you refund within 5 business days from the date we receive the item back. 

Repairs:

  • Please first email us an explanation of what is going on, along with pictures of the item in need of repair and your contact information to globaljewelry9@gmail.com.
  • We need pictures of the whole front, the whole back, and close ups of where the problem is. Then, we will email you back with instructions and the RA#.
  • No packages for repairs/returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will refuse the package if the RA# is not on the outside of the package.
  • Make sure to include a note with your contact and shipping information and explaining what is wrong with the jewelry.
  • If the problem with the jewelry is a manufacturing defect, Liquid Metal will repair it or exchange it at no charge. If the piece is old or the damage is not a manufacturing problem (common wear and tear), Liquid Metal will charge for the repair plus shipping.
  • Please note that Liquid Metal does not offer re-plating services.
  • We do not give call tags, you must ship the pieces at your own expense. Please be sure to have tracking information for any package sent to us. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. 
  • Please note that the jewelry can be polished with a regular silver polishing cloth. 

Website errors, updates and cancellations:

• We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographic error, typographical error or error in pricing information received from our supplier, Global Jewelry shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
